These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products ("Digital Products") sold with Public Label Rights ("PLR") by Baby Bump Marketing. By purchasing and downloading any Digital Products from our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or download any Digital Products.
**1. Refund Policy:**
Due to the nature of Digital Products being downloadable and considered used upon download, all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any Digital Products purchased from our website.
**2. Income Disclaimer:**
We make no guarantees or representations regarding the potential income that may be generated from the use or resale of our Digital Products. Any statements regarding income levels are not guarantees of actual earnings. Products that specify they are sold with Public Label Rights (PLR) allow you to modify, rebrand, and resell the Digital Products as your own. However, you are not permitted to claim copyright ownership of the original product itself. By purchasing Digital Products with PLR, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
**5. Master Resell Rights Clause**
Baby Bump Marketing grants Master Resell Rights (MRR) on certain products. Products that specify they are sold with Master Resell Rights permit the purchaser to not only resell the Digital Products but also to grant the same rights to their customers, allowing them to resell the products as their own. The product may be sold for 100% profit. The product may not be changed, edited, or otherwise misrepresented. The purchaser must ensure that their customers are also bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the clause regarding Master Resell Rights.
**5. No Warranty:**
We provide Digital Products on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties or representations of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
